So, what stops people?
Misinformation & Excuses!
First off, there are a lot of myths & misconceptions that stop people before they even get out of the starting blocks...
"You can't build or tone muscle after 40" we're told (which kills the motivation of most people 40 or older!)...
Fortunately, this is a myth!
The truth is anyone, of any age, can build & tone muscle... (as I'll prove in just a moment with some wildly entertaining examples!)
"Exercise has to be hard, painful & boring" we're also conditioned to believe...
Of course, if you're running on a treadmill for hours (as we've be taught to do) then, yes, exercise is mind-numbingly boring!
(as a personal trainer, I have to confess that the longest I've ever run on a treadmill is 3 minutes, before I got bored & jumped off!)
Fortunately, you don't need to run on a treadmill, or do "cardio" to lose weight, burn fat, build muscle & create an unstoppable body (unless you want to, of course)— but there are better ways...
"I don't have the _____"
Money is another big excuse for people...
Some gyms charge as much as $100 per month (which I personally believe is exorbitant & absurd...)
(even with the cheap gyms... you may pay less, but you get absolutely no support, coaching or guidance whatsoever!)
Gyms are great, but they are absolutely not required...
In fact, with the right information & instruction, you can get better results with no equipment at all (or just 2 dumbbells!) than you ever would in a gym...
Then there's the excuse of time...
Our lives are busy, so the last thing most people most think about is going to the gym, or maintaining their exercise routine...
"I don't have the time" we often reason...
But, this is largely because we've been taught to believe that to truly get great fitness results, we have to work harder & to spend lots of time working out...
We're taught to think that unless our gym sessions are an hour or more each (& we're exercising 5 - 7 days a week), we're not going to get the results we want...
Fortunately, this is total b*llshit too!
Again, armed with the right information & instruction, you can get better results in 20 minutes a day(can be from the comfort of your home, or from anywhere)as little as 3 times per week to start...
The key is getting that right information & instruction...
But, here's the thing about "information"...
Most of it is not "right"...
In fact...
...Most Fitness Advice Sucks!
Specifically, most fitness advice we've been taught is either:
Ineffective (it may get you results you want eventually... but will take 10x longer/more effort than required to do so!)
Reckless (as in, it may get you muscle or fitness results, but will destroy your health & body in the process... & can lead to severe injury, as I've experienced too many times myself!)
Flat Out Wrong(as in, it's not even going to work in the first place... like running on a treadmill as the supposed best way to lose weight & burn fat!)
A lot of people (even personal trainers) have very good intentions & know the basics...
...but they lack the years (or, in my case, more than 2 decades!) of day-in, day-out experience to know what really works (& does so over the long-term!) Speaking of which...

Hey, my name's Tom Broadwell...

And yet another1000+ hours on stage teaching health seminars on the topics of exercise, nutrition & detoxification, to thousands & thousands of people all around the world...
And then there's the major turning point which is the other key part of my story...
Excruciating Pain & Holistic Health
About 14 years ago, I developed such bad eczema that I would wake up each morning with my bedsheets covered in blood & pus...
(It often took more than an hour to build up the courage to shower because the pain was too much to bear...)
I went to doctors but they offered me very little in the way of advice... only prescribing stronger & stronger steroid tablets & creams... which seems to work for a little while, but only made the problem worse in the long-term!
That's when a client of mine gave me a book all about natural healing...
One book led to another…
And then another…
Within 6 months of applying what I had learned, my eczema was completely gone… never to return again.
Since then, I've read hundreds of books, research papers & articles all about nutrition, holistic health / fitness, natural healing, ancient medicine...
...as well as tested out hundreds of diet variations, fitness methods, cleanse protocols, detoxification programs, supplements & more!
So, that's a bit about me, my 22+ years of health & fitness experience & how I'm able to help people to transform their nutrition, fitness, heal from disease & completely transform their physical wellbeing...

From 7 Years Old To 94 Years Young!
For example, I took a 76-year-old grandmother who had tried every diet & been a gym goer on & off for decades, but didn’t have the strength to perform 1 single push up when I first met her...
Within 12 weeks of training with me, she could do 20 push ups on her toes...
(imagine that as a party trick for grandma to do!)

I took a couple in their late 70’s, one of which had had a stroke, who quickly became two of my fittest clients…
Plus, both added over 20 yards to their golf drive, something neither could add a single yard to for the previous 10 years…
And Perhaps Most Astonishingly Of All...
I took an 89-year-young gentleman...
(yes, 89 years of age — not a typo!)…
And admittedly, he had great prior fitness, having been in the special forces & an amateur boxer, all of which points to cardiovascular fitness & not strength…
He first started lifting weights at the age of 87…
He had a goal of doing 10 chin ups by his 90th birthday…
And guess what?
He did it!
Going from not being able to do 2 in a row, to doing 10…
(please go find me a 20-year-old who can do 10 chin-ups in a row... there are not that many!)
Most people find these examples pretty inspiring...
They also completely crush the belief that "you can't build muscle after the age of 40" - which again, it total b*llshit....
